Alan had an old fence, with badly damaged panels. Also, the fence was low and did not provide much privacy.

• The old fence panels were removed and a timber structure fixed to support the new round-top planks.
• A higher top level was set and all planks were fixed to ensure that the top of the fence was properly aligned all the way.
• The gaps above the concrete posts were closed with carved planks to ensure privacy and a better finish.
