Some extra storage – and a shelter for the family's two pets. That's what the homeowners wanted. They viewed a couple of projects that we had completed – a side-passage roof and side-passage sheds – and decided: That's exactly what we need. So this is what we did:

• Designed and built a side-passage shed and a rain shelter for the pets.
• Replaced the front gate
• Installed an extra gate at the back
• Covered the side boundary wall with shiplap cladding boards and the timber rafters with 10mm multi-wall polycarbonate sheets, and used aluminium fitting bars for the roof.
• Installed an eco-drain channel and guttering to collect all rain water.
