The family, who use bikes on a daily basis, wanted a proper bike shed, rather than just storing them along the house’s side passage.

• We used pressure-treated timberframe with 16mm polycarbonate roof panels to create a waterproof bike shed.
• We installed two doors: a new front door into the side passage, with an extra key lock, to allow easy access from the driveway, as well as a side door to the garden.
• We also installed a timber shelving for extra box storage.
• To maximize the use of the side passage bike shed, we installed bike racks along the block wall.
