The homeowner had a conservatory/sunroom at the back of the house, which was generally used as a shelter for the family pet and as a utility (mainly laundry) room. The family did not use it much in the winter because the space got too cold, nor in the summer because it got too hot and stuffy.
Once they saw a couple of our outdoor sitting areas/rain shelters, they decided to remove the old conservatory and replace it with a waterproof outdoor sitting area.

• We installed a lovely outdoor sitting area where the family can enjoy themselves and also entertain their friends.
• We added a worktop with storage space underneath below the kitchen window, and created a new space for storage in the side passage along the side of the house, between the front gate and the added back gate that opens into the outdoor sitting area.
• Using 10mm Multiwall Polycarbonate Clear for the roof, we clad the sitting and storage areas with timberframe – which reminds the homeowner of his parents' country home.

From start to finish the work done by AG Remodelling was top class. They obviously take pride in their work and this really shows. The quality of the work and attention to detail in the finishing was excellent and I would have no reservations in recommending them to friends or family. In fact I got them to a second job for me nearly straight away.
