The property had a very wide side passage with a standard timber shed – but it didn't provide much storage.

• We installed a lean-to timberframe shed stretching along 5m and across the full width of the side passage, to provide lots of extra storage and shelter for the family's bikes.
• We used tinted bronze for the roof's 16mm polycarbonate panels to get the right amount of light and privacy for the area underneath.
• • We also installed cladding boards on the old timber driveway fence to match the look of the new shed.
